  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. ginger ale
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 4 lb. stew beef

Directions

    Mix beef, dry soup mix, ginger ale and cream of mushroom soup together.

    Bake in Dutch oven or large covered casserole dish at 300° for 2 1/2 hours or until beef is very tender.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
