- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 4 lb. stew beef
Directions

1Mix beef, dry soup mix, ginger ale and cream of mushroom soup together.

2Bake in Dutch oven or large covered casserole dish at 300° for 2 1/2 hours or until beef is very tender.

3Serve over noodles or rice.
