Beef 'N' Cabbage Soup

- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 med/large raw cabbage, chopped
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes
- 2 - 15 oz. cans chili beans
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste (this tastes better with a lot of pepper)
Directions

1Brown ground chuck with onion.

2Add cabbage, tomatoes, and chili beans.

3Add enough water to almost cover cabbage.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Cover and cook on medium-low for 3 to 4 hours until cabbage is tender and water has cooked down some.

6You will need a 6 to 8 quart pot to cook.

7This does not taste like cabbage - Delicious!
