- 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 8 slices
- 8 None slider buns
- None None some lettuce leaves, torn into bite size pieces
- 2 None tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced thinly
- None None ketchup, to serve
Directions

1Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork for about 2 mins each side. Toast the buns on both sides.

2Arrange lettuce, a slice of tomato, a slice of pork and some cucumber into the buns. Serve with ketchup on the side.
