Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 8 slices
  • 8 None slider buns
  • None None some lettuce leaves, torn into bite size pieces
  • 2 None tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced thinly
  • None None ketchup, to serve

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork for about 2 mins each side. Toast the buns on both sides.

    Arrange lettuce, a slice of tomato, a slice of pork and some cucumber into the buns. Serve with ketchup on the side.
