  • 1 cup sweet corn (frozen
  • thawed and drained)
  • 3/4 cup miracle whip dressing
  • 1 tbs. chilli powder
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips(divided)
  • 2 cups shredded colby
  • montereyjack cheese (diveded).

    Heat oven to 350 brown meat, drain and stir in salsa,corn, dressing and chilli powder. layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture,chips and cheese in a 2 qt.casserole. repeat layers. Bake 20 mins.or until heated Top with shedded lettuce and chopped tomato. Black olives and sour cream is also good to add on top. Cover when baking.
