- 8 oz. pkg. noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) Ragu
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. ground pepper
Directions

1Cook noodles and drain.

2Brown meat; drain.

3Stir in sauce, onion and green pepper.

4Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese. Spoon 1/2 noodles in greased 2-quart casserole.

5Cover with some sauce and all of cheese mixture.

6Add remaining noodles and end with sauce.

7Bake uncovered in 350° oven 30 to 35 minutes.

8Allow extra 15 to 20 minutes if cold from refrigerator.
