- 1 lb. round steak, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. red wine
- 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
- salt and pepper
- cooked noodles
Directions

1Brown meat in oil; add celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic.

2Cook until vegetables are tender.

3Stir in soup, wine, olives, salt and pepper.

4Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours.

5Serve over cooked noodles.
