- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch to 1 1/2-inch chunks
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger root
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine seven ingredients in shallow dish; add steak and stir to coat the meat.

2Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove from marinade and thread on 6 skewers.

3You may add chunks of green pepper, onion and tomato between the chunks of steak. Place on grill over hot coals.

4Turn every three or four minutes until done.

5Serve over a bed of rice.
