Ingredients
- 1 lb. meat (trim fat)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Clean the meat and cut into pieces.

2Boil with little salt and some of the chopped onions until tender.

3Fry the meat.

4Put a saucepan on medium heat with the vegetable oil when hot.

5Add flour and stir until lightly brown.

6Add the rest of the onions, green peppers and tomato sauce and mix well for 5 minutes.

7Add the meat stock and the meat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

8Serve with potatoes, rice or ripe plantains.
