- 1 c. red wine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 2 lb. beef cubes (all fat removed)
- carrots, cut up in chunks
- whole small onions
- flour or cornstarch
- Gravy Master
Directions

1In a large casserole with a tight cover, combine wine, mushroom soup and onion soup mix.

2Mix well.

3Add meat.

4Bake, covered, at 325° for 2 1/2 hours.

5Add carrots and onions.

6Cook about 45 minutes.

7If gravy is thin, add flour or cornstarch.

8If pale, add Gravy Master.

9Can be made ahead and freezes well.
