  • 2 onions chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 cups roast beef diced leftover, or 1 lb. hamburg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • tomato sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce.

    Pour into a shallow 8 x 8 inch buttered pan or casserole dish.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes until pancake is golden and puffy.
