Ingredients

  • 1 sm. pkg. beef tips
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 2 lg. potatoes
  • 6 cans biscuits
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

    Cut beef tips into bite-size pcs.

    Chop onion into small pcs.
  3. 3
    Chop potato into small pcs.
  4. 4
    Roll each biscuit out flat.
  5. 5
    Place 3 or possibly 4 pcs of meat on biscuit.

    Add in small amount of onion and potatoes.

    Salt and pepper.

    Fold over biscuit and seal edges.

    Place in baking pan and cover with foil.

    Bake in baking pan for 45 min at 350 degrees.

    Optional: Add in mixed vegetables or possibly Cheddar cheese.

    Great warm or possibly cool.
