- 1 sm. pkg. beef tips
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 lg. potatoes
- 6 cans biscuits
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions

1Cut beef tips into bite-size pcs.

2Chop onion into small pcs.

3Chop potato into small pcs.

4Roll each biscuit out flat.

5Place 3 or possibly 4 pcs of meat on biscuit.

6Add in small amount of onion and potatoes.

7Salt and pepper.

8Fold over biscuit and seal edges.

9Place in baking pan and cover with foil.
-
10Bake in baking pan for 45 min at 350 degrees.

11Optional: Add in mixed vegetables or possibly Cheddar cheese.

12Great warm or possibly cool.
