Ingredients

  • 2 c. stew meat (chicken or turkey could be used)
  • 1 c. potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 (17 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil meat (use boneless lean) until tender enough to separate with fork in small pieces.

    Precook potatoes in beef broth for 5 minutes.

    Mix all the ingredients in large bowl.

    (Do not add beef broth.)
