  • 3 eggs, beaten, divided
  • 1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1-1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
