  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
  • 3 lb. roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)

    Place roast in crock-pot and pour all ingredients over roast. Cook on low all day. It will be moist. It will come right off the bone. Very tasty.
