- 1 big chuck roast
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- salt to taste
Directions

1Put roast in oblong glass dish.

2Pour the packs of onion soup over roast.

3Spread both cans of mushroom soup over roast.

4Take 1/2 cup of water and put flour in it.

5Mix flour and water until creamy.

6Add remaining water.

7Pour around roast.

8Cover with aluminum foil.

9Preheat oven to 375°.

10Cook about 2 hours or until tender.
