- 4 lb. shoulder or rump roast
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce (optional)
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Salt and pepper roast lightly.

2Sprinkle sauce on roast, then onion soup mix.

3Put 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted) on top of that.

4Place on large sheet of aluminum foil.

5Fold over and seal. Cook in 300° oven for about 3 hours.

6Be sure to put in a pan in case the foil breaks.
