- 1 box beef or cornbread stuffing mix
- 4 thin (1/8-inch) sliced tip, sirloin or round steaks
Directions

1Mix stuffing as directed on package.

2Cover and microwave 3 minutes.

3Uncover.

4Fluff with fork.

5Spread a layer of prepared stuffing on each slice of steak. Roll up each steak, tucking in ends.

6Secure each with a toothpick.

7Place in baking dish.

8Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until steak is done.

9Roll-ups can be cooked in electric skillet, slow cooker or rangetop skillet.

10(Add small amount of water or broth to prevent sticking.)

11Or microwave at 5 minute intervals to desired meat doneness, about 15 minutes total.
