Beef Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced, 1/4 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. shortening or oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Prepare stuffing as directed on package.

2Cut steak in long pieces, about 1 1/2 x 3-inches.

3Put about 1 or 2 tablespoons of stuffing in center of meat and roll up and fasten with toothpick. In skillet brown roll-ups in oil.

4Pour off excess oil.

5Combine soup and water, add meat roll-ups.

6Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour or until done.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
