- Adolph's meat tenderizer
- bacon
- onions
- salt
Directions

1Cut thin slice of round steak (boneless) in long strips and pound a little Adolph's meat tenderizer into it.

2Cut up cooked bacon in small pieces; also chop onions in small pieces.

3Put some bacon and onions on each piece of meat.

4Salt and roll up; fasten with toothpicks.

5Roll in flour and brown.

6Then cover all roll-ups with hot water and let simmer until tender.
