  • 1 thin round steak
  • Adolph's meat tenderizer
  • bacon
  • onions
  • salt

Directions

    Cut thin slice of round steak (boneless) in long strips and pound a little Adolph's meat tenderizer into it.

    Cut up cooked bacon in small pieces; also chop onions in small pieces.

    Put some bacon and onions on each piece of meat.

    Salt and roll up; fasten with toothpicks.

    Roll in flour and brown.

    Then cover all roll-ups with hot water and let simmer until tender.
