  • 1 lb. thin sliced eye of round
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • garlic powder
  • 2 cans beef consomme (no water)

Directions

    Place onion, cubed, on meat.

    Put 1 1/2 slices of bacon on onion and a couple of shakes of garlic powder.

    Roll up and secure with toothpick.
