- 5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick cure for meats
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
- 4 tsp. coarse black pepper
Directions

2ingredients well. Place in refrigerator, covered. Next day, knead well.

3Do this for 3 days.

4On 5th day, knead. Form into 4

5rolls.

6Place on broiler tray and bake 8 hours at 160° temperature.
