- 1 lb. stir-fry beef
- 2 c. Minute rice
- crushed red pepper to taste
- 2 cans beef bouillon
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 bunch green scallions
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can water
Directions

1Stir-fry beef in oil.

2When done (approximately 3 minutes), then add cornstarch; chop scallions.

3Add onions, soy sauce, bouillon and rice to beef in a deep fryer or wok; sprinkle with pepper (water chestnuts optional).

4Turn on low heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
