Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 small onion
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 qt. water
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. corn (whole kernel)
- 1 1/2 c. speckled butter beans
- 1 pt. pureed tomatoes (no seed)*
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes and onions.

2Put in large pan.

3I use a 6-quart pressure cooker.

4Add water and tomato puree.

5Start cooking while you lightly brown meat.

6Drain meat on paper towel. Add all ingredients in pan.

7If pressuring, cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

8If open pan, cook until vegetables are tender.

9May have to add a little more water while cooking.

10I serve with cornbread.
