- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine milk, 2 tablespoons butter and chocolate in top of double boiler.

3Cook over hot (not boiling) water until chocolate melts.

4Add vanilla and cool.
