- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef chunks
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 2 c. water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 jalapenos, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook beef in salt, pepper, tenderizer, and corn oil until beef is brown.

2Add tomato juice and water.

3Cover and simmer until beef is tender; add jalapenos and onions.

4Cook for about 2 more minutes.

5Serve with corn tortillas.
