- 300 grams Beef steak meat
- 1 Baby leaves
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
Directions

1Lightly wash and drain the baby leaves.

2Cut the tomato into small pieces.

3Cut the onion into thin slices and soak in water.

4Score the meat and flavor the outsides with salt and pepper.

5Cut the garlic into thin slices.

6Mix together the ingredients.

7Drain the onion.

8Heat the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan.

9Cook the garlic until golden brown, then remove from the pan.

10In the same frying pan add the meat and cook to your desired stiffness.

11Once cooked remove from the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.

12Add butter to the same frying pan.

13Once it's melted add the ingredients and lightly bring to a boil.

14Spread out the vegetables on a plate and place the meat on top.

15Then on top of that add the remaining vegetables together with the garlic, top with the sauce, and it's complete.
