- 1 cup water or 1 cup beef stock
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 onions, quartered
- 1 stalk celery, with tops cut up
Directions
