  • 1 French baguette
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled, diced
  • 14 cup pickle, sweet, diced
  • 14 cup onion, diced
  • 14 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 14 cup cream cheese
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mustard

Directions

    Cut french baguette in half and hollow both sides out.

    Take 1/2 of the hollowed out bread crumbs and cut or rip into small pieces.

    Ad to a large bowl.

    Add diced eggs, pickles, onion, bell pepper and the cream cheese and blend well.

    Add vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard to taste.

    If desired, also ad a dash of the pickle jar liquid.

    Stuff the hollowed out baguette tightly with the bread egg mixture.
  8. 8
    Chill in the fridge wrapped in aluminum foil for at least 1/2 hours and slice before serving.
