  • 1 can consomme soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 3/4 c. red wine
  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • potatoes, carrots, celery and onions (can use 1 1/2 pkg. frozen stew vegetables)

Directions

    Flour meat and brown. Add to rest of ingredients.

    Put in a 2-quart deep oven baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
