- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, diced
- 6 potatoes, cut in chunks
- 4 carrots, cut in chunks
- salt and pepper to taste
- diced celery
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
Directions

1Brown beef with onions in oil in a heavy pan.

2Add about 2 cups boiling water and simmer until meat is tender.
