- 3 to 4 potatoes, cut in large pieces
- 3 to 4 onions
- 1 bunch sliced carrots
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1/2 c. water or red wine
Directions

1Layer the first 4 ingredients in a large Pyrex dish or Dutch oven.

2Combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over meat and vegetables.

3Cover and cook at 250° for 3 1/2 hours.
