- 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp. beef bouillon
- 6-8 potatoes
- 3-4 carrots
- 1/2 stick butter
- garlic salt
- ground cloves
Directions

1Flour and brown beef in a skillet.

2Season with garlic salt and cloves while browning.

3Fill stew pot 1/2 full with water and 1 tsp. beef bouillon.

4Dice onions and combine with beef.

5Add beef and onions to water and let simmer for 2 - 3 hours.

6Cut potatoes and carrots in bite size pieces and add to beef.

7Add butter and simmer until vegetables are fully cooked.
