Ingredients
- 3 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (7 oz.) jar stuffed olives
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 box fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. long grain wild rice (uncooked)
Directions

1Brown the stew meat in olive oil.

2Add onion and simmer 2 minutes.

3Put all ingredients (except rice) in crock-pot.

4Cook for 4 to 5 hours.

5One hour before time to eat, add the rice.

6I only use 1/2 cup rice so that there will be more liquid.

7Use the liquid from the olives.

8I never add any extra salt.

9This stew freezes very well.

10I freeze small containers for later meals.
