- 1-1/2 lbs. Round Stew Beef
- 4 large Potatoes
- 8 large Carrots
- 1 small Turnip
- 1 lb. Fresh Wax Beans
- 1/2 large Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 3/4 gal. Water
- 1 tsp. Salt (or to taste)
Directions

1In a large dutch over or stainless steel pan, brown Beef until browned on all sides.

2Then pour Water over meat.

3Add Onions, Mrs. Dash and Salt.

4Cook on medium heat for one half hour.

5Cut all vegies to bite size and add to above ingredients.

6Cook one more hour on low.
