- 1 pkg. beef stew meat
- 1 small onion
- 3 to 4 small potatoes
- 3 to 4 carrots
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can peas
Directions

1Cover meat with water in a large

2pan.

3Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer until meat is tender. Add cut up onion and cover pan.

4Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces. Add to meat and continue cooking about 30 to 45 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender.

5When ready to serve, add a can of peas, drained and heated.
