- 1 lb. cubed stew meat
- 2 c. potatoes, sliced
- 3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 bag frozen vegetables
- 1 pkg. beef stew seasoning
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1/2 c. yellow onion, cut up
Directions

1Season stew meat to taste and flour to the meat.

2Put oil, bell pepper, green onion and yellow onion in large pot.

3Brown onions about 2 minutes; add stew meat.

4Brown the meat about 3 minutes, then fill the pot about half full of water.

5Add beef stew seasoning.
