  • 2 lb. cubed beef
  • 1 small bunch celery, diced
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 4 small onions, diced
  • 12 small carrots, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Minute tapioca
  • 1 c. beef bouillon soup

    Use covered roasting pan.

    Put everything in at once.

    Do not brown meat.

    Once I have all the ingredients in the pan, I stir it to sort of mix all of it together.

    Cover and bake at 250° for 4 hours or longer.

    Take off cover and turn up heat about 15 minutes, until the stew is consistency you like best.
