Ingredients
- 2 lb. cubed beef
- 1 small bunch celery, diced
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 4 small onions, diced
- 12 small carrots, cubed
- 1/2 c. Minute tapioca
- 1 c. beef bouillon soup
Directions

1Use covered roasting pan.

2Put everything in at once.

3Do not brown meat.

4Once I have all the ingredients in the pan, I stir it to sort of mix all of it together.

5Cover and bake at 250° for 4 hours or longer.

6Take off cover and turn up heat about 15 minutes, until the stew is consistency you like best.
