- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 (16 ounce) can olives, finely chopped
- salt
- pepper
- paprika

1Peel the eggs and cut in half.

2In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, olives, salt and pepper to taste.

3Carefully fill the eggs with a tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture.

4Lightly sprinkly the top with paprika for color.
