  • 12 eggs, hard boiled
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 (16 ounce) can olives, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Peel the eggs and cut in half.

    In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, olives, salt and pepper to taste.

    Carefully fill the eggs with a tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture.

    Lightly sprinkly the top with paprika for color.

    Chill.
