- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 can Burgundy red wine
- 1 can boiling water
Directions

1Brown meat in butter.

2Put into baking dish.

3Pour water into pan to get juices from the brownings.

4Pour over meat.

5Add wine and soups.

6Bake at 325° for 2 hours.

7Add vegetables (carrots, onions, peas and potatoes).
