- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1/2 c. seasoned flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 c. water
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large potato, diced
- 3 large carrots, diced
- 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Directions

1Trim and flour meat.

2Brown in Dutch oven with hot oil.

3Cover with 3 cups water and cook over medium heat for 1 hour or until tender.

4Add chopped onion and celery and cook for 30 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots and cook for 20 minutes.

5Add tomatoes, Veg-All and corn.

6Cook 10 minutes or until done.
