- 2 lb. stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- onion
- carrots
- potatoes
Directions

1Cut up onion, carrots and potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place meat into casserole; put vegetables on top of meat.

2Sprinkle with onion soup mix.

3Combine soup and wine; pour over top.

4Cover with foil and casserole lid.

5Put in 250° oven for 5 hours.
