- 2 1/2 lb. stew meat
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large onion
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 c. water
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas
- 1 (16 oz.) bag carrots
- 5 medium potatoes
Directions

1Cut stew meat into chunks and coat lightly with flour.

2Brown in heated oil.

3To drippings of oil, add garlic and onion.

4Cook until tender.

5Add remainder of flour.

6Add water, bouillon, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

7Stir until slightly thickened. Add meat and heat to boiling.

8Reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 hours, until tender, stirring occasionally.
