- 2 medium onions
- 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes, lean
- Accent
- salt and pepper
- 1 glass water
- 3 carrots
- 3/4 to 1 lb. fresh string beans
- 4 potatoes
- season to taste
- 1 can mushroom gravy
Directions

1Dice or chop onion, brown.

2Brown beef cubes on very high flame.

3Add Accent (pinch), salt and pepper after meat is brown all over.

4Add water to cover meat.

5Add carrots diced in large pieces; add string beans cut in half.

6Add potatoes, diced; season to taste.

7Add mushroom gravy 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour later.

8Let cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until done.
