  • 2.5 lb Beef Shoulder
  • 1 tbsb Ground Clove
  • 2 slices Orange Peel
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 bottle Burgundy
  • Beef Stock
  • Pearl Onion
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Red Potatoes
  • Chives for garnish
  • Serve w/ Peasant Garlic Bread

Directions

    Cut beef in 1.5 inch cubes.

    Dredge in flour.

    Sear off in butter/olive oil.

    Remove.

    Deglaze with wine.

    Add stock, clove, bay, orange, garlic

    Return beef.

    Simmer 2 hours.

    Add veggies, cook another 30 min.
