- 6 oz. beef (baked, broiled or roasted), cut into chunks
- 1 pkg. beef broth and seasoning mix
- 4 oz. potatoes, chunked
- 2 oz. peas
- 2 oz. carrots
- 1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 pkg. beef lite gravy
Directions

1Cook vegetables in broth and seasoning mix until tender. Remove from heat.

2Drop in cooked beef which you have removed all visible fat.

3Remove from heat and cover so meat will heat through.
