  • 2 lb. beef cubes
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced 1-inch thick
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. bouillon
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 sauce can water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 c. pickle juice
  • frozen peas

    Put all ingredients in large casserole/pot with lid to fit. Mix well.
