  • 1 lb. beef cut for stew
  • 1 tsp meat tenderizer
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp basil
  • 1-1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

    Add 6 medium potatoes (cut up) and 1 lb. carrots (cut small).
