  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for 24 hours. Shape into rolls and bake in 300° oven on broiler pan.

    Grease drips through to bottom of broiler pan.
