  • 3 lbs beef stew meat or 3 lbs flank steaks
  • 1 lb white mushroom, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoons arrowroot
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup sour cream, as garnish (optional)
