  • 1 lb round steak, cubed (or ground beef)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream (add just before serving)
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
  • choice rice or noodles

Directions

    Brown meat in oil, add garlic and onion.

    Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and soup to simmer.
